"I want to try this build... But I have some questions. Would a Randuin's Omen suffice if oh say, your team's Leona already has her Frozen Heart? Also, how does Viktor counter Vladimir? Just curious because I've beaten him as Viktor before, but I never felt like it was due to "

Awkward Varus Build
So, I guess Riot will be changing Varus a tad so that hybrid is a bit more viable on him. Cool, cool.
So I was thinking about a slightly hybrid build, but it still functions as an AD carry....
