"Alba, you're forgetting Power Transfer. Leveling that move makes Viktor actually win a lot of trades, even with LB. The shield is so undervalued, but so helpful... I don't even run MR on Viktor. (I use movespeed, Magic pen, Mana regen and AP per level) Just every time I fought LB, I mana"
