"I join several people saying that Ardent censer is depending on your carries. For instance, I had a game where I had a sivir and an aatrox in my team. I was morgana : it didn't have a real big impact but it helped to take towers down, and a little boost for sivir to get her pentakill"

I've thought about using Ardent Censer on thresh since you can give the AS buff to potentially your whole team but he doesn't really benefit from "
