wriggle's isn't viable on riven - i honestly wouldn't rush TBC on riven at all - BT rush is a lot stronger - Runic bulwark isn't "ideal" on riven, ideally a support oriented champion would get it instead - FM isn't "that" good on riv"

a couple things "could" be better though.
Personally i'd say get rid of the mana regen seals, get scaling ap instead and then make sure to hit your abilities, don't just spam like a madman. I've heard platinum elo players going "wtf"
