@ Vynertje
I haven't played enough Varus to be sure yet, but since the latest patch I think most people max Q first. It was already a good option before the patch (though less reliable since it's a skillshot) and it became even better now that the damage went up and the E damage was nerfed. Check it out if you haven't already ;)
Edit: oh and people often use Teleport against TF (no pun intended), not sure why you decided not to...?

About Q max: I have my doubts because it still takes time to charge (=less dps) - I like the short poke potential of E max (autoattack-e).
I didn't go for teleport because I don't feel comfortable using it. I barely ever use it because I play Anivia mainly in mid (anivia isn't a good roamer in the first place so I never use tp on her as well) but I didn't want to pick her because I would get outroamed even more than I already got.
I went for ignite because I wanted to beat him in lane - extra damage :3
(Left alone the fact that I didn't really want to go mid vs oxide in the first place, I wanted AD and the only one willing to swap role with me was khazem and I'm even worse top)
In the end I lost mid because of personal mistakes which didn't really have to do with TF being TF or not having TP
EDIT: The reason we lost bot because I was too busy QQ'ing that I had to face oxide in lane again, I didn't focus that much. I got tired of being forced to play vs him all the time :\

I think the reason why some games were lost was the disability to engage (perhaps because of hesitation). The final game I played against you (where you stomped me because I was busy QQ'ing) - I was the one that had to engage on numerous occasions as ad carry. Also, each team needs someone to make calls because otherwise you will find teams doing nothing all the time and slipping their advantage.
Agreeing with this alot, actually.
Also @ wayne
I love maxing Q on varus, I love playing ad carries with actual abilities and varus is one of those. Makes playing ad a ton of fun with him.
I usually go ignite vs tf, as you need to go for all in potential on him IMO.

Ever heard EG's conversations while playing?

So if everyone just screams during inhouses, everything will be good.
@vynertje, it only makes sense that skilled players get put against skilled players, doesn't it?

Even when certain players are placed on the enemy team, that doesn't mean you always lane against them. In terms of balancing, there was no way you two could've been put together in Game 4. In any of the others it could've been a possibility.

Exactly what I said last week but back then nobody agreed. :c
I didn't even read it - but its correct. Play making overall (making calls, engaging etc... things that are not direcly linked to mechanical skill but intelligence/experience) is what people lack overall I think. (that is actually the biggest difference between silver and gold + tiers)
EDIT: your comment was mainly about a lack of communication, which is something different than making clear calls
Just an idea: Would it help if we'd have a team-captain? Someone who's responsible for making calls and the rest of the team follows those? Otherwise I don't think we will get that problem solved. I remember ppl calling: go in, engage, do it now! and nothing happened. Maybe it would help to have some sort of a Team-Captain in that case...?
I think that would demotivate anyone to say anything, and it makes the inhouses a lot more try-hard instead of just fun games.
Also, I don't think it is just the people ignoring the calls, usually you just REALLY need to make it clear (I usually make tons of baron calls but I sometimes have to repeat myself a few times) - but then everyone will follow.

GG, fun games!
One thing I can suggest is peopl need to be more confident in where they are at, hesitation lost some games and let the enemy team turn it around, be confident in your actions even if they are wrong it's better then a half hearted attempt! :)
