Yeah that was pretty much our fault on botlane. I actually totally forgot we had a karthus on our team (perhaps because you weren't on TS communicating with us anyway)
I'm always on TS, I just don't talk cause my entire family is in the same room watching TV during the day. :P
Not trying to be mean but that was always a problem.
The team that had Luther often ended as a team with poor communication. It just took another player who is new to inhouses or rarely talks (like Fox) and most of that team would be rather silent.
Quite often I think that balance is not the problem. I actually think that balancing was done quite well yesterday.
But even with well balanced teams, when one or two aren't talking, it weakens the whole performance and creates imbalance.

The two games I played were both incredibly close - in each game we were like tied in gold at 30 minutes. HOWEVER, this was usually because of one player like boosting the team averages (Examples are Khazeem in game 1 on his orianna and Oxide in game 2 on vayne)
I had no problems with Luther not talking, it just takes a little bit of getting used to. (actually, I'm quite new to inhouses and I'm communicating actively anyway)

Well hey if you don't want me to play you could just say that.

I've backed the conversation up to where I felt it was still constructive. Personal attacks do not belong here. Keep the convo constructive / on topic.
I know it sucks to have a lot of people not talking on your team, that's happened to me before. I remember some people going "Noooo not the silent team." But what can we do? Sometimes people just can't talk and usually that's fine, but it's an issue when they're all on the same team. I would urge people that consistently can't talk to find a way to or become a pro typer.
