Not only your problem, but their problem if the jungler doesn't get farmed/ganks :P
If you see your outmatched by the counter junglers, just run away and let them have your buffs"

"To be safe from them, wards placed in key points in the river will help alot + map awareness
Kill your Blue/Red buffs in the bushes so you can escape if necessary.
If you see them in your jungle, alert your team to help you. This might get you a Free kill"
