Posted a Comment: May 30th, 2013 "The base scaling on his 'Rainbow Veil' active skill seems a little low considering he'd get like 100 bonus magic resist per stack from his AP scaling late game. I think you should tune down the AP scaling to 10% or 5%, and give him some better base scaling to carry him through early game when his AP"

Posted a Comment: May 30th, 2013 "Yeah, but to be fair, you can be a lot more precise with a stun than a fear. Personally I'd much rather fiddlesticks had a stun rather than fear since they tend to end up closer to their own turret when it wears off, making it easier for them to escape. So I think it's probably more a matter of opin"

Posted a Comment: May 30th, 2013 "Well I was thinking it would make a good snare for the laneing phase, and late game it's still good for chasing and locking down out of position champs in team fights. I might need to cut out the damage for balance though since it's fairly similar to morgana's skill shot, and that one only immobiliz"
