Posted a Comment: "simply said, volibear benefits from empowering both abilities. if you look at it, putting points into Q lowers the CD + increases the % of mobility. putting points into W makes it cost more mana and deals more damage + incerases survivability. to simple it out, maxing Q makes you speed monster and m"

Posted a Comment: "hey! personally i havent faced or played with xerath using FS on support. it's mostly for gold gain (which support dont need). in my opinion take FS if you're the only ap in your team and know your adc won't be much of a use and play for your advantage."
