First off. You masteries are illegal. You can't get veteran's scars without 4/4 Durability you only have 2/4.
Second, you can't start Hec with boots and pots in the jungle...it doesn't work. You'll die or will have to return before getting red and"

What kind of runes/masteries have you been running?
I've found that the Offense masteries and flat AD runes are what get me going. I recently added the CDR glyphs and that helps too.
