"The thing is Time Warp Tonic is getting nerfed/changed next patch (tomorrow) so there is really no point including it here anymore. The new one will instantly grant you 50% of the potions healing/mana restoration and grant the movespeed boost so I don't think it's that amazing to be honest. "
