"hydra is best on champs with built-in AS buffs like Fiora and Nocturne. hydra on other champs feels kinda bad without some decent AS items.
botrk is simply op, which could have been avoided."

"botrk should upgrade from Recurve Bow and cost a total of 3500, is my educated guess.
it currently costs 980g less than Madred's Bloodrazor and fills the same gap, if not better.
