I think the obvious thing to do here is to buff BT's item costso it's cheaper than BOTRK. Don't worry, it won't make a certain assassin super broken...

botrk should upgrade from Recurve Bow and cost a total of 3500, is my educated guess.

it currently costs 980g less than Madred's Bloodrazor and fills the same gap, if not better.

i'll spam once more: riot has no idea what they are doing.


edit: i'll take another step and say the main test guinea pig for op-ness controll is ap garen/riven and tank ashe.

It's much better than Madred's ever was - dat lifesteal and active. And it does physical damage which is 100x better for an ADC.

as in, how much armor makes the difference. (i ask this because i belive it's now more frequent to find more AD oriented teams than AP)

Madred's is max hp % anyway while blade is current hp % so the passive is technically better on it I guess even though it's magic.
