"I think that's well said. I get havoc because it's around 10 damage for 3 points mid game which is pretty good, one of the highest of masteries. Killing towers sometimes ends up on the Twitch thing to do list and it may not seem like 10 damage is a lot until you attack a tower a few times. Then it c"

I accidentally Jungled without quints one game recently and purchased an early wriggles. The + 7 or so damage was pretty nice for ganking.
