"Well I do have like 2000 games on jungle twitch. I'm just listing because I need to test it for next season. Jungle Twitch uses a lot of mana. Also when people flash from ganks your attacks with S&P can miss.

With a tenacity item fear lasts 1.95 seconds (not bad)
