"Pro advice tiamat not good on Twitch. I do get one if the game is a 90% or more chance to lose in first 20 minutes and enemy is pushing inhibitors. However this course of action has never really worked."

"I suppose his ganks might also be lacking he can slow tons with red but other than that doesn't have a disable of his own. AD gank damage can be very wtf at times though."

"I guess he does require a lot of items. Since the new jungle changes I been stacking doran's and going boots of mobility a lot to duel jungelrs and gank harder. His clear speed is same as rammus faster when he gets items."

Yeah I'd put him around there myself. However I do believe he can be A if people understood him. The new life steal runes really brought his game up."
