Posted a Comment: Jun 1st, 2021 "Rylais doesn't stack with Ultimate slow. Either its the Rylai slow or Ultimate slow. Since its 30%, Gwen's Ultimate is will overpower Rylais slow (40/50/60%) so its really only affecting Gwen's Q. Even though it doesn't increase the Ultimate slow having the Q slow actually does sound kind of useful."
