Ye, it's pretty much the same, only difference is that in top you don't really have to roam that much and you have easier time scaling. For top you kinda have to play phase rush due"

About the question, since all of them have a different playstyle, I recommend you to try out all of them and choose the one that fits your gameplay the most. You can go for electrocute if you want to just go burst one target down, predator for roaming "

When it comes to rune choices, then it's more of everyone's own choice, it just depends how their playstyle is - do they like more damage or more mobility. Personally I prefer phase rush "
