"Hi,i totally understand you, i have this "solo lane anxiety" aswell sometimes with other champions , i just want to get that last 2 minions and then jungler comes and boom , im dead but this never happens with vladimir, because of sanguine pool (w) and phase rush i can just run away within"

Second go to practise mode and learn how to farm with vladimir
Third learn how to do combos ( i have video in yt about combos)
4th put all together
5th if you got more questions or you would like a 1 on 1 training , make"
