I say this because it takes 10 minutes to completely build itself up. If anything it should be bought early-mid game not late. Hope I helped, and have a great day!"

Anyone who is smart will gank a champion who has no escape spells. (B) The frozen mallet should be bought before Yomumu's Ghostblade IMO. Hope I helped,"
