"If it is working for you to go without any HP-items its fine. But Zilean has way lower abiltiy range compared to Lux and all the Assasins and Hypercarrys can kill you in less then one seconds if you just make a little mistake in positioning :c

"Well, the Ruby Sightstone passiv will shorten the Frost Queen's Claim active cooldown. But this is realy just a nice site-effect, the HP for little money is the reason i like it. And zilean has allmost no possibilty to engange on enemys that are smart enough to stay out of his autohit range."

This is true, Luden's Echo is great on Zilean. In my opinion the dmg-increase between Liandry's Torment and Luden's Echo "
