I believe Face of the Mountain would be better instead of Talisman of Ascension. It is the more gold efficient of the three new support items, makes you more tanky and the gold income is insane."

You say Flash isn't necessary because of boots of mobility, but I don't see these boots making Janna go over walls. Also, early game she doesn't have huge movement speed and F"
