Rank 2 gives 1.617 HP/5
Rank 3 gives 2.45 HP/5
So 2 more points give you 2.45hp/5. and that is a 1.633 differences. And this is only at level one.
Where as the 2 points in Veteran scares only give you 24 hp for the entire game, and don't scale. SoS "
