"I feel there shuld be away to punish those bastard that gets unlimited mana, becouse with only a archangel staff you will more or less have unlimited mana, i think there shuld be some item or hero to counter it. "

And with mana burn i mean an active abillity to burn mana, not passive like wit's end.
And wuld it be flat or % based?
