I normally build Tanky, with Rylai's for CC and if I'm not dying or being focused, I get more AP items like Abyssal Scepter and stuff.
I never get a Warmog's though, because I don't think its good for how much it costs.

If they are chasing you, don't run away directly. Make loops, run in zig-zags, annoy them
