why use build for High elo sion?
1. sion is best at dominating low elo games
2. there are alot of champions that outmatch sion in early - late game, if plaed right
3. if you are high elo, WHY READ A GUIDE?"

"i dont wanna vote down, but then i played all champions like this, i owned... but now its different, and kind of hero with desent defence can own you.
irelia fx. she get some armor, she got a stun, and will own your 1800 in 2 sec.
1 stun, and you are dead...
this build only works vs noobs ^^
