"Ya, Tiamat's AoE is too small to really be worth anything. SotD doesn't really make all THAT much sense because it gives AS with a magic damage proc, ArPen, and anti-dodge (which is only ever useful against jax). It can't seem to make up it's mind on what it wants to be. >.<"

"Eh, I would probably get flat MR blues, Hp5 seals, Mpen marks, and MS quints. Why kage's? It's the most inefficient Gp5 item. Are you getting DFG or something?"

"That's the exact same item build i use (though I start with a doran's blade)! The runes are great, though imo getting 3 ranks for crit dmg is better than AS and crit chance. Great build overall"
