"I don't really play morgana much, but it seems like she should be built something: RoA, merc treads, Rabadon's, Zhonya's, Abyssal Scepter, and maybe a Rylai's or something. She doesn't really have the Ratios or the Cooldowns to be built glass cannon IMO."

"Looks good so far! This build looks like it would deal some insane damage, although I usually prefer mercury's treads on most champs due to the current metagame. Although if you're careful and have your W up with banshee's... shouldn't be a problem. All in all, looks like a great build!"
