"Honestly, Alistar is a support tank who can benefit from a little AP like RoA or something if the situation allows for it. Sion, however, is a much better caster due to his ranged ability and the fact that AP also increases his shield's strength, giving more survivability as well.

"I really need to duo queue, but nobody good is ever on! It's really hard carrying when I'm forced to pick a tanky jungler because everybody wants to play the squishiest champions in the game and then bottom and top manage to go 1-4 by 15 minutes even though I'm consistently ganking. :("
