presence of mind is a LOT better than triumph, especially if you're going with a high AP build -- getting the ult refund is important but getting mana back means you can spam "

Runaan's and not Void Staff because Runaan's will increase your teamfighting DPS by spreading your damage to two other targets. Void Staff is only really good against a lot of tanks with a lot of MR (~150 or more "
