However, he can do well in solo lanes with the right match up. For instance, he absolutely destroys Vladimir.
Duo partners: Alistar could be pretty damn funny from the CC you would have. Vayne and Cait are probably good AD champs to go with you.

so anything that moves him should work, but he still has the extended range effect is how I took that. "

Interesting point brought up about Xerath in his locus of power state.
Apparently if Blitz grabs him, he will keep his buffed state while being moved towards the Blitz. Just something to think about. "
