Not too sure about it.
sivir doesn't have any great on-hit effect spells (besides her first hit of ricochet, which has as much range as an AA anyway) like ezreal's mystic shot....

"You could go play some RS2007 for the nostalgia. They changed some things there but nothing like in the way RS3 is going to. The community in RS2007 is somewhat off, though. Also that soundtrack is just pure nostalgia epicness."

Currently it only works on his autoattacks. It used to work on his void spike, though.

"I dunno, I think I'll still start up with that if I'm melee and if it builds into something useful lategame, such as iceborn gauntlet for nasus. Autoattacks are still autoattacks that deal physical damage, and I think there's no real efficient start to build against early magic damage."
