"Imo, blade of the ruined king is worth it for the cost, because it deals crazy damage even without any attack damage/armor penetration at all, and gives a nice way of escaping as well on top of her own kit. But yeah, everyone his/her choices :P"

"Are boots actually necessary on Gangplank, I wonder? Because his speed from his raise morale is already enough to surpass most champions base speed even with tier 2 boots... especially if you build statikk shiv as well."
