Intro
Yes, in this chapter we are going to talk about our eyes, no jokes here.
Having a good posture with our back is not considered in gaming but a high level, professional ones everything is taken even for just a little advantage.
Other examples rather than our posture while gaming are, Mouse sensitivity, Mouse position, Hand posture, Pivot between Hand and Mouse, Hotkeys, Macros, and our Eyes.

I Will not discuss about our position of Hands or The pivot created by Mouse sensitivity and our Hand but i'm going to talk about our eyes, About what they don't do and what they should do.

I'm placing this Chapter in the Lane Phase section because our Eyes do a great job in this phase of the game, What they do is just essential for our Lane Dominance and if we really want to get better we Must Acquire every single advantage we can get.
I have to say that what i'm going to explain is not simple! So please be patient and try to follow my logic.
I'll do my best to be clear as much as i can.

So How should be our Vision?
Here's a little and simple example of how and where we should look in-game
As you can see the image rapresents our monitor and the black fade rapresents our Eyes Focus because even if we are watching our screen we don't have the complete control of everything is on our monitor.
If you try to focus in the middle of the screen you will notice that you will find hard to see what's going on at corners.
Those are 4 Simple steps that we should repeat every time ingame:
Global - EnemyCreeps - OurCreeps - MiniMap

Global

Global Allows you to see Enemy Position and Your Position, use this focus to check the distance between you and some Danger Combos that your enemy can do to kill you.
Example: Annie -> Summon: Tibbers + Flash
Also think What to do in certain cases:
Ashe has Volley ready? Check your position and adapt for this case, go behind creeps.
Prevent Future Moves

Enemy Creeps

Enemy Creeps Focus allows you to check which Minion is going to die first, Checking Enemy Creeps you must look at How Many Creeps are Attacking It and How Fast his Health is Lowering.
Once you determine which Creep will die First you will be able to Predict the Last Hit.
Keep in mind that to last hit You Should never and Never use any kind of Skill unless you have Mana Regen Items.
Also Keep in mind how many Creeps are there.

Allied Creeps

Allied Creeps allows you to manage your wave, if you still remember how many Creeps were there in Enemy Creeps Focus now you should be able to determine if it's time to Resize the wave with the techinques we learned last chapter.
Our Wave is Bigger? -> Over-Push
Enemy Wave is Bigger? -> Resize

Mini Map

Mini Map is The Most Useful tool we have in-game and it's the one Less Used.
Knowing where are Enemies and Allies makes you able to predict moves and counter them in time.
Every time you check Mini Map Always look if everybody is at Thier Position, most of all Check if you can see jungler.
Wards are Useless if you don't check Mini Map where you placed them
