I personally would go TP flash if im running solo top to shut down someone like garen, or ignite flash if im solo mid. I"

Also im a bit confused why you would take both teliport and ghost masteries. You can only use 1 at a time, so change it per game. That 1 skill point can be put elsewhere Ex. 1 mana regen poin"
