"I'm going to have to disagree, Zoe is strong but she's not "God Tier" as some would call it. Yes she can still easily 75% a squishy target but she's lost the majority of the damage she had on her Q. She's not even worth a permanent ban anymore since the recent patch. The ones I may have to"
