"Well for one thing 3v3 isnt quite as technical in terms of team comp and how to play so it isnt respected as much. Its really more about skill in 3s. Obviously some champs are just bad picks. Keep trying though. We arent ignoring you or trying to be disrespectful. Sometimes guides just dont get look"

"Reworked the passive to scale so its a little more balanced. Reworded the W skill to hopefully be a little more clear. Also nerfed the duration of W from 3 at max level to 2.5 at max level."

The shield will keep staqcking if the hp continues to get replenished. However Each shield buff only lasts X amount of time so in answer to your question no it does refresh but the stacking should keep some shield on him for a while.
