Im sure your like WTF. Hear me out. This is going to be epic. Passive: Gunslinger - Gain 5/8/11% Attack speed per hit. Stacks 10 up to ten times and the buff refreshes on every hit or ability....

Posted a Comment: Mar 28th, 2011 "heres a thought. make them have a more reasonable timer like 60 seconds. Then make them only on target (Like Shunpo) That way its harder to actually escape say across a wall but can help in team fights and in lane to initiate. Any thoughts?"

As well, on hit effects make it that much more dangerous for them to actually debuff. I think one of the best debuffs in game would be an AOE MS reduction. You wont escape and you probably wont have time to do a lot of damage. Her only CC is her ult. Almost all champs have one CC. Most castors have 2. I know w"

Posted a Comment: Mar 25th, 2011 "Honestly, they are all good ideas. We really wont be able to tell which is the better idea until we become more specific. I will note this however. DOTs effectiveness begin to fall off late game. Tanky champs and champs with high nuke or cc rule the game. Team fights usually take place over seconds."
