From what ur saying, this seems to be another item bug. There can be a possible issue with the Ravenous Hunter rune entirely. I'll look into it if u want.

I personally look for certain character synergies (maybe it's a stupid idea but it works for me). For example, I'd instantly recognize a Rakan and Xayah in bot lane.
