I really think high-haste builds just add an immense amount of safety, which is why I recommend them for beginners even though they can’t play out the builds whole potential."

I often find that after a hard stomp, the losing lane tries to let the T1 fall early to escape the snowballing lane. Let's say you are splitting at 14-20 min; you will most likely have around 20-30 CDR/AH from your items, and if you're running Comet, you'll also gain an additional 18.5-21.5ish CDR/AH. IDK how many hours you have on Comet-Shaco-support, but it takes a long time until you're going to be able to make plays consistently. Another thing you might have to keep in mind is that your poke is pretty much negligible early on,"
