For jungle i might consider it but I've been going devourer > tank item > titanic after I saw it being done in the EU inhouses. Works out"

Posted a Comment: Dec 16th, 2015 "fervor is going to be so stupid if it goes to live like this. it's at 1-14 damage based on level (up from 1-8) but only stacks 8 times (down from 10) still. 112 physical damage per hit instead of 80 and it's easier to get to with it doubling for melees and having less stacks overall."

I like that riot is buffing the other keystones rather than nerfing thunderlords, but i still think it might be slightly overtuned.
