Runes look fine, items are acceptable (personally I prefer some mana regen for Panth but to each there own). I disagree with Item Sequence, E is more important level 2 because of the crits it gives. But I guess it depends on who your jungler is, and if they can provide early game "

Easy: both of those items are expensive, and are only viable choces (on most champions) as 4th or later items. "

"Passive still a little weak, but it's much more respectable now. I dislike W, reminds me too much of Fade Bolt and just doesn't make sense on a mid in League. Rest of his abilities seem fine. His quotes are alright. He could not drop a soul when killed by Thresh, that's not an issue. "

"His new ult is definitly cooler, but somewhat hard to imagine. Possibly could do a little more damage, but not necessary. His Passive just feels like a rip off of Thresh passive. I'd highly advise thinking of something other than just allowing him to scale better."
