Posted a Comment: Jun 4th, 2013 "I mean, more of a luxury item. Really depends on Team Comp I guess. Most of the time, you pick Sej as a primary initiator/disruptive tank. She should be building tanky items or items that make her more disruptive. Liandry's should be one of her final items, if she gets it at all."
