Posted a Comment: May 21st, 2013 "I dislike Mejai's because it's a snowball item. It's so absurdly inefficent it isn't even funny, unless you go on an ungodly killing spree. It takes 5 stacks (which is 2 kills and an assist, without deaths), to become cost efficient. Seems reasonable. But as the game goes on, it becomes slot ineffic"
