"Black and White. Small. But not on the hand. 1) very painful as many of your nerves are there. 2) might dull your sense of touch perhaps? And I know some employers prefer people without visible tattoos.
Ankle tattoos are easier to hide. As are shoulder and upper back ones. Just a thought. "
