"CDR runes are overkill past flat CDR blues. If you want some CDR just get the Ionian Boots of Lucidity and Kindlegem for CDR.
Mastery setup I would would try a combination of things and find what you like or what matches up best.
19/0/11 or 21/0/9 if you want to go pure damage.

"I honestly haven't used him in dominion. But I would build him the same except I might add a Sunfire Cape to help with the point defense. I have found that champions that survive do best in dominion. And him built as a DPS Tank should be very effective."

"AP Shaco shouldn't qualify to answer the question. What I mean is that AP Shaco is a build. And AD Shaco is very viable.
However I would agree that AP Shaco is a bad build in Summoner's Rift. One of the worst."

Don't bother on buying runes till 20. And as you level save up IP to buy the runes you will open for that next level.
Depending on hat you plan on buying it would also be better to buy quints first. But it has been a while since I did the month on what to buy first."

"I just hope if they buff him it won't be like his last "promised" buff. Morello promised it too. And then the patch came out. Oh yea they buffed him. By fixing the Rylais bug.
