"Warmogs becomes strong AFTER you have mitigation. Warmogs with no mitigation is not as good. Here are a couple of links that look into it farther.

"This is similar to how I run her. Items wise that is. I skill her up different (Q & W first, E last) . And I don't use CDR runes. I use a split of AP runes (flat or per lvl - testing both) and Mp5/lvl. Between my runes and RoA I rarely have mana problems.
