"Whats the point of lvl'ing up Locus of Power if you don't have enough nuke dmg? As a caster you nuke them down or you only poke. And if you pokoe, you are going to need a crap ton of mana."

"CDR is great... its just that you kind of have no mana..... you can grab a blue rune then you are maxed out on CDR if you have Morello's Evil tome with it. Also Xerath is pretty dam slow and also cannot move a whole lot with Locus of Power, so idk if Ghost goes very well with him...."

".... why max out Locus of Power 2nd? not like the enemy has heavy MR at this lvl.... on top of that, clairty doesn't exactly have a 80 seconds cooldown.... better off grabing an item with mana...."
