Posted a Comment: "You ONLY ever go bork against heartsteel stackers and health stackers Bork is not good against TANKS its good against HEALTH, armor in fact counters bork since the % dmg is physical so it gets reduced aswell on top of this your E deals way less dmg if you go bork because the % dmg isnt calculated"
