Lifesteal, shields, dps, burst, scaling all that sort of **** is insanely strong in lower elos and allows you to literally 1v9 games in which your entire team does nothing

These champions are mostly extremely strong duelists that are hard to deal with, yes Viego if played well is an unironicly strong 1v9 top laner, Sion is only here because of the lethality variant

These champions can carry too but usually struggle to 1v9Â

These champions while strong arent really designed to win the game by their self, they can CARRY games, they can be valueable and all of that but how many times have you seen a Teemo run straight into 5 players and kill them all by himself? Its.. rather rare
I just dont see Illaoi getting the significant early lead to snowball and literally 1v9 a game in comparison to other champions
